Pre-trained weights for SynthRAD2023?

Hello, thank you for sharing this excellent work! I am very interested in running inference with RAFM for CBCT-to-CT translation.

I noticed that the pre-trained model weights (.pth / .ckpt) don't seem to be linked in the repository yet. Do you plan to release the weights trained on the SynthRAD2023 dataset? If so, could you please share a download link?
