How to load an Environment Variable with no value?

Hello!

I want to add an environment variable with no value. In Steam it would look like this LD_PRELOAD= %command%. In Heroic in the Variable Name field I type LD_PRELOAD, I leave the Value field empty but then I can't save the variable. When I click on the + sign nothing happens.

Any ideas?
