Incorrect segment sizes calculated in the BarGauge Control

Describe the Helios Issue

When a BarGauge is selected and a new segment count is entered, the height of a segment is not correctly calculated resulting in the movement of the bar segments being incorrect.

Expected behavior

Each segment of the bar should be correctly displayed.

The problem happened while using
