"Feedback" button disappears

Sometimes "Feedback" button may disappear. When this happens we also observe another issue - Gleap UI may appear if we tap on a random spot on the screen (usually top left because we have a button there). So it seems like "Feedback" button is still in view hierarchy, but without an image and in the top left corner of the screen.
It is difficult to reproduce this issue, however here are some ideas why this may happen:

• our app quite often connects to different WiFi networks and this networks may not have an Internet connection
• no SIM card/mobile Internet connection

Gleap SDK 13.8.5, iOS 17.5.

Thanks a lot for sharing! Could you check if upgrading to v14.0.2 solves the issue? We published changes to address a similar issue in v13.9.2.

Unfortunately I have nothing to add. Maybe you have questions regarding our setup, initialization process, etc.?
I have a feeling that this issue may be connected to internet availability. Sometimes our app (iPhone) has no internet connection, maybe this affects Gleap widget initialization?
