I notice the dictionary has the following dodgy-looking declension:
EXITIVM | exitium existi(ī) n.
wiktionary gives
"exitium n (genitive exitiī or exitī); second declension"
(as does Wheelock)
Also this is missing the supine form iacitum ( https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/iaceo#Latin )
IACEO | iaceō iacēre iacuī
If it would be helpful I can try to compile a more comprehensive list of such terms.
