Problem and Scope
ADC is a lossy process, but @jacobjurek (Data subteam lead) has concepts he would like to discuss at some point for refining data collection to get more usable data
Suggested Solution
Talk to Jake and see what he says, look online and further expand things
Alternative Solutions
Figure out other ways to implement ADC improvements, be aware of how much EM noise is in our standard operating environment though
Additional Context
Extends #35 and #170 after both are well complete
Idea Origination
As of right now this would be nice to have but not required for GR26, that may change and if it does please update the associated milestone
