Video/Sound not working

Hello
After installing the VM, connecting to google account, I am facing the following problems:

• Not possible to play videos (locally, network or also youtube, vimeo, ...) => no error messages, it is just not playing
• Problem trying to play audios (locally, network, or web radios) => no error messages, it is playing correctly (incl. notification zone) but npo sound output
  I precise that I added "Sound Card" virtual hardware in VM settings since there was listed nothing before
  Please help
