Need to create hangout and invites for Panel session

Please provide instructions to create hackathon panel and confirm availability.

• Panel Description.
  London Consent For Future Commerce project intro -
  Panel Session at 3-4pm
  invite -Dazza - Jon Askin, Mark Lizar, Richard Beamont and Jon Neditiz.
• Is consent apart of future commerce?
• should people have consent preferences?
• what are risks of consent
• can consent be used to manage personal data control? (hackathon question)

Mark - The two tools are ones you are familiar with. The details for each event will be proposed and created at the start of the sessions periods (during the 2:15-3pm slot and also a little but during 1:30-2:15 slot during the unpanel session). You are an admin on sched.org for this event (here onlinehackathon2015.sched.org/) and also as a page admin on the onlinehackathon google+ page here (https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/101875415072322819501/101875415072322819501/posts). That google + page provides the identity we are provisioning hangout session from - just like we did together for the privacy legal hackathon last summer.

I suggest we discuss this during the unpanel session that you are invited to be a speaker on (1:30 - 2:15 slot). We may just combine the B/L/T into one larger topic panel but you will have plenty of time.

Ok.. I am a little confused.. so, I will not schedule a hangout for 2pm , I will join the hangout at 1:30)

Sounds good. You should plan to be on the panel happening 1:30-2:15 and actively participate in agenda setting from 2:15-3pm so as to include one or more sessions that relate to your project.

I suggest that a session dedicated to drafting the letter coming from individuals and exercising their rights under fair information practices laws in a way that opens a legit channel directly between organizations and individuals commercial notices and other communications, would be a great a topic for discussion at 2:15 PM session and you could schedule what is discussed at that 215 session either to take place during the unconference sessions occurring at the 3 or 4 or 5 PM slots and/or anytime Saturday or Saturday night or early Sunday as hacking project sessions.
