Issue Description
In previous versions of the Wakeup call module, when an operator extension called the module to set wakeup calls, the spoken instructions used to say "Please dial the number for your wakeup call, then press #". In the current version, the instructions only say: "Please dial the number for your wakeup call" and they do not include the final instruction "then press #". If the user does not press # after the number, the script times out and hangs up. The full voice instructions should be included so as to not confuse a new user.
