Dependency maintenance: consume ESPressio Timing 2.2.3

Summary

Refresh Threads' required Timing baseline after the Serializable 0.10.1 dependency cascade.

Scope

• Prepare ESPressio Threads 3.1.3.
• Update Timing references from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 in current documentation, dependency charts, tests/workflows, examples, and metadata where applicable.
• Preserve the existing Observable 3.x dependency.
• Update CHANGELOG and self-version documentation.
• Validate against Timing 2.2.3 and its Units 0.2.2 baseline.

Dependency direction

Threads -> Timing -> Units -> optional Serializable. No reverse dependency is permitted.

Release order

Serializable 0.10.1 -> Units 0.2.2 -> Timing 2.2.3 -> Threads 3.1.3.
