Anti-memory leaking features

Many websites have memory leaking issues. From YouTube to ChatGPT, many websites will spike in memory usage over time. While only website operators can fix these issues, Floorp can add features that makes it more convenient for its users to deal with these issues. On YouTube, refreshing a tab that is leaking memory will cause the memory to go down a little, but not as much as killing and restarting the process in task manager will. Floorp should offer a "process refresh" button and shortcut, that does the same thing as killing and reopening the tab via the browser task manager, but without the user having to go to the task manager to do this.
