Question is what the title says. Can we run windows app from windows store on linux using this? I want to use apps like whatsapp windows etc

You can not run Windows app from Windows Store on Linux using FEX:

FEX allows you to run x86 applications on ARM64 Linux devices

Instead, check out Wine (https://www.winehq.org/):

Wine is a compatibility layer to allow application software and computer games developed for Microsoft Windows to run on Unix-like operating systems
