* UI upgrade for 3777 & Footer update for 3778

* Removal of 2013 patchnotes as they are no longer relevant to the current state of the game.

* Update File Path for patchnotes

* Improve the patch note card style

* Updated Patch 3775 & 3779 to new format ( 3779 need manual tweeking)

* Removed all Legacy patchnotes Pre 2016. Update 3774 & 3775 to new layout
