[Bug]: /ignore does not block messages immediately

Bug Description

After using /ignore , the success message appears but the ignored player can still send messages until the cache refreshes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Player A runs /ignore .
2. Immediately have Player B send a private message to Player A.

Expected Behavior

Player A should not receive the message from Player B right after the /ignore success response.
