OfflineContentManager import_content Joined View is reated as layer view

when importing joined hosted feature layer view, the result is imported without error but the result show simple layer view
that can edited as layer view not joined layer view

To Reproduce
Export any item that related to an existing joined layer view (export_items([item], output_folder=localfolder)
Imort resulting pkg (.import_content(pkg_file_path, item_ids=[] ...)
Examine the the resulting import of joinedlayerview
