The UE5.4 branch should be released with a new version

**Description**
The UE5.4 branch should be released with a new version, as the version downloaded by get_ps_servers.bat is UE5.4-1.1.9. The submission 8c79e84 is not included. Caused an abnormal startup of uiless.html
