[Feature Request] Allow downloaded file permission to be defined with environment variable

Scenario:
Plex keeps track of my YouTube library files downloaded by hometube. Due to default applied owner/permission settings, unfortunately I can't delete these files from within my Plex library.

Solution:
Allow users to define an environment variable (e.g. umask/chmod) to be applied to downloaded files.

Sorry for the delay, I was working on the playlist feature.
Do you run hometube in docker? I would say this is more a HomeLab owner/permission management question. You can try to have a group including the docker user and Plex user, or force the ownership in the file system under your library (if under Linux). I implemented both in my setup to fix this kind of permissions issues.
