[BUG]: Arcane Transmutation Tablet Issue

Description
So imm Play a Pack with this mod and i just made the Tablet. I can craft stuff with it but when i need to get something out of it it does not bring it out like the old transmutation tablet does.

A little bit of additional information.

I'm running this with All The Mods 10.

Project Expansion 1.0.5 for 1.21.1
NeoForge 21.1.25
Modpack version 5.4

I'm unable to extract anything from the tablet when running on a server, but I'm able to extract without issues if I use the tablet on a singleplayer world. I have not found anything else that I can point to that makes a difference yet.

Update in case it makes it easier to test/verify.

I tried a stripped down version of ATM10, wiping everything in the mods folder apart from ProjectE-1.21.1-PE1.1.0.jar and projectexpansion-1.21.1-1.0.5.jar.
The server runs neoforge-21.1.215-installer.jar. The world folder was removed to boot with a new world.

I also started a fresh client with only neoforge-21.1.215, ProjectE and projectexpansion.

The behaviour is the same as I commented on above:

• single player works fine
• on server, I cannot extract from the item overview of the tablet.

The crafting part of the tablet works fine on the server though. That means EMC crafting works fine.

Java is openjdk 21.0.9 2025-10-21 (Ubuntu 24.04 on both the server and client).

Update 2:

I tried another fresh server world. This time by running neoforge-21.1.215-installer.jar to set up a new server, copy in the two mods and start up.

Same behaviour. If anything, the stripped down server exposes the behaviour where trying to shift-click a stack of wheat (for instance) from the EMC inventory to my inventory shows the wheat appearing and disappearing on my hotbar for a fraction of a second.

I have plenty of EMC (tried adding using "/projecte emd add" just to be on the safe side).

I think I cracked it now.

ProjectE's packet registry checks for TransmutationContainer instances in some places. I think that is why SearchUpdatePKT is either never sent or received (or both). Therefore, the handler on the server is never called and it doesn't set up the corresponding transmutationInterface slot.
I made a workaround that does the following:

• add an ArcaneSearchUpdatePKT in net/packets/to_server. The handle() method in that one checks for ContainerArcaneTransmutationTablet instances and calls writeIntoOutputSlot similarly to the original SearchUpdatePKT
• register the packet type in net/PacketHandler
• add a message to that one in ContainerArcaneTransmutationTablet::clickPostValidate (I did not remove the old SearchUpdatePKT send, but I guess it's ignored).

Now I can extract from the Arcane Tablet without any issues!

An alternative approach could be to let the ContainerArcaneTransmutationTablet inherit from TransmutationContainer, but that might require more changes to the tablet code.
