I’m asking because I recently set up daily database backups and upload them to my R2 bucket. However, when I try to open the resulting .sql files locally, they appear to be corrupted. My IDE shows the following message:
The file is not displayed in the text editor because it is either binary or uses an unsupported text encoding. Is the backup still valid, or does this indicate corruption? If it is corrupted, how can I configure Dokploy to back up the database in a readable text format (for example, UTF-8–encoded SQL)?
Thanks!
