THE PEER PRODUCTION LICENSE

This license governs use of the accompanying software. If you use the software, you accept this license. If you do not accept the license, do not use the software.
Definitions
The terms "reproduce," "reproduction," "derivative works," and "distribution" have the same meaning here as under U.S. copyright law.
"You" means the licensee of the software.
"Your company" means the company you work for, if you use the software in the scope of your employment.
"Your "personal use" means use of the software for purposes that are not part of your work for your company.
"Your personal use" also includes use of the software for the benefit of a non-profit corporation, so long as you are not paid for that work by the non-profit corporation.
"Contribution" means any software you distribute, and for which the source code is unavailable, that relies on the software.
"For-profit corporation" means a company that is not a non-profit corporation.
Grant of Rights
