[BUG] Since few release, UNIGET run multiple instances

• I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

Describe your issue

After a package is upgraded I get a notification popup. When I click the popup, it opens a new instance of uniget. And my computer runs multiple instances of uniget

Normally only one instance of uniget is expected.
