Offer an option to export selected reports to .csv file

Describe the improvement

A simple export to .csv of the columns displayed in Installed Packages and Software Updates displays.

For Installed packages show:
Package Name, Package ID,Version, Source

For Software Updates show:
Package Name, Package ID, Version, New version, Source

Describe how this improvement could help users

This would allow me to create a timeline of application installations and updates for each of the different systems I support.

It adds CSV export support for both Installed Packages and Software Updates, using the columns described above.

I should have mentioned that this will be available in the next release. It will be added as a button in the action bar.
