[BUG] Winget is enabled but was not found on the system!

Describe your issue

I updated to latest version and noticed that I have no updates on UniGetUI, but I know I have some software that I chose not to update and shows up every time. checked the package managers preferences and found a bunch of not found errors, most importantly the WinGet error.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I allowed Windows update to install some cumulative updates, then restarted and got the popup to update UniGetUI, did that and here I am.

Relevant information

I have Bitdefender AV Free, I did reinstall UniGetUI but still having the same issue.
The winget.exe does seem to exist, see the screenshot.
