Describe your issue
If you click on the details of the packages awaiting updates and then navigate to the "URL, etc." section, nothing loads; consequently, you are unable to download the packages because no download size is displayed. The firewall and router are configured to allow this traffic; the issue has persisted since the last version, and neither a further downgrade nor a complete cleanup and reinstallation provided a solution.
