[BUG] Window position/state not remembered in Avalonia UI

Describe your issue

Setting the window to maximize via its shortcut does not work
If I manually maximize it the window shifts eventually while the app remains open and you switch away and back to it
Windows size/state should be remembered

Steps to reproduce the issue

Set shortcut to launch maximized - it doesnt
Maximize it manually and quite, it does not re-open maximized
Can't be dragged to full size; always a little slop on right or bottom
Does not remember windows size even if not maximized

Something similar happens on Linux; if I open UniGetUI, maximize it, close it, then reopen it, it isn't maximized anymore; it resets to its default size.
