Users tab not working

I'm using the online hosted version.
The users tab is no longer working, and previously invited people (via email) are not able to sign up. Users tab says:
"We're sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."
I tried submitting a help issue via the menu item in the app (Help me!), but also got an error doing that - it couldn't find the url it was being sent to: https://helpful.io/incoming_message
