403 error when downloading data – is the dataset still available?

I am trying to download the MITOS_WSI_CCMCT dataset using the provided setup.ipynb, but I consistently get a 403 Forbidden error.

The error occurs when running the notebook

The same 403 error appears when accessing the download URL directly in a browser

Could you please let me know whether access to this dataset has been closed or restricted?
If the dataset is still available, is there an updated download method or URL?

Yes, the dataset is very much still available, but figshare changed the data access in a way that I don't quite get yet how to do an automatic download.

Apparently, the thing that's prohibiting the file access at the moment is AWS's load balancer, which detected our download request rightfully as a bot. I think the best way around would be a proper API request, which, however, requires user credentials with figshare I think.

Next best thing is to download all files manually, which I recommend for now.
