[Request] Sticky Roles for specified roles #27
Description
This is mostly for certain roles to be unable to circumvent moderation assigned roles like temp mute or the like, by a user leaving to clear roles and rejoining.
Preferably this would have minimal options like:
- Set Sticky Role
- Remove Sticky Role
- View currently Stickied roles
