Based on your screenshot, I assume that you tried to set DD_AGENT_HOST since the host is shown as unknown.

In Azure Container Apps with Datadog serverless-init, there is no agent hostname

According to Datadog's official documentation: DD_AGENT_HOST should be set only for non-serverless agents.
