Add full SmolLM2 quant ladder

Extend the SmolLM2 transfer run beyond the targeted FP16/Q4_K_M/Q3_K_M/Q2_K matrix.

Goal:

• Check whether intermediate quant levels preserve or alter the observed earlier-degradation pattern.

Acceptance criteria:

• Add Q8/Q6/Q5 levels only if local GGUF files are available.
• Keep the run isolated under the SmolLM2 transfer results directory.
• Update comparison artifacts without overwriting historical reports.
