What's displayed in SystemAdministrator Web page is nonsense (v7r3-pre6, prob last with py2)

Seems SystemAdministrator show DIRAC version that stored in the InstalledComponentsDB database and it is never updated when python 3 installation.

I confirm this issue still exists.
Nevertheless, it's not a blocking point, and I am not sure we should take the time to fix it as we should now focus on the DIRAC to DiracX transition.
Any opinion?
