Symbol Management via Central Registry

Description

Centrally manage symbols with default definitions to provide consistent symbology across the mapping framework. Consumers and plugin authors can easily add or customise symbol properties as needed.

Symbol properties

• Default symbol shapes (e.g. pin, circle)
• Colour placeholders for: Foreground, Background, Halo and Selected state
• Selected symbol variants for highlighting
• Support for custom SVG content
• Control of anchor position

Acceptance criteria

This story is done when:
