[2.0] reminder: have the schema-bundler enabled for master branch

we have this schema bundler.

it is automated via https://github.com/CycloneDX/specification/blob/2.0-dev/.github/workflows/bundle_2.0_schemas.yml

this automation runs on branch 2.0-dev.

we should have this thing also running on master branch
