No aquivalant tests replacing `tests/functional /google_analytics_test.php`

the test-file [tests/functional/google_analytics_test.php](https://github.com/phpbb-extensions/googleanalytics/blob/master/tests/functional/google_analytics_test.php) is remove from this fork, as thesting google-analytics doesn't make sense here.

Bu I never bothered to writet up a replacement with aquivalant tests for matomo. If anybody wants to do it, feel free to open a PR
