Advanced Support for WEBP? #277

Does anyone have experience with preloading WEBP? Here are some references to how we might better support it in preloadjs. We can use WEBP in our ZIM version just as we would a png... will look back to see if we had to make changes - (Okay - there is an extension supported but that is also in the master createjs). Apparently, some CDNs will deliver multiple types and I am not sure if preloadjs handles it properly - so just starting an issue here. If anyone has advice, that would be great.
