Cant find umbrella

Hi, thanks for this CMS it looks promising!

I've just installed it. Login as admin (website/admin) and go to page 'Welcome to Cosmo'. where it's said "Once you're ready to make your first page, click the umbrella to your left, go to content > new page and you'll be on your way."

The point is - i do not see any umbrella! (Firefox/chrome) o i cant create any pages :( Just edit existing text. Please help, where is global settings or some menu to creating/deleting pages.

The umbrella appears after logging in once again. In other words, you have to log in twice to make that umbrella appear. Very strange behaviour.
