Social Media Module

Create a custom social media module for Cosmo - This will be an on-going list.

• Facebook wall posts to be shown on the site
• Update social media links to social sites: Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SoundCloud, Github
• Updating links will display the icons where the dev has designated them to be.
• Updating links will display the icons inside of a custom directive (provided by the module)
• Allows facebook posts / Twitter posts to be embedded on the site (see issues/179 )
• Allow a tag to be pulled per blog post, displaying "comments" from facebook and twitter, tapping one or the other would load the feed pulling the information.
