Description
In Complementary Reimagined r5.8.1, the custom Nether portal effect only works when RP Support is set to IntegratedPBR+.
When RP Support is changed to any other mode, including labPBR, the Nether portal effect stops working.
This issue does not occur in r5.7.1 under the same Minecraft and Iris environment, so this appears to be a regression introduced in r5.8.1.

Expected behavior
The Nether portal effect should continue to work when using other RP Support modes, as it did in r5.7.1.
