Hi @trodick, thanks for your patience - you did nothing wrong. You landed on our "Course Roadmap" form instead of the enrollment form, so the name and email questions never appeared. We have now fixed the forms so this cannot happen to the next person.

Quickest fix - takes about a minute:

1. On this page, find your first post (the one with the readiness checklist).
2. Open the ... menu at the top right of that post and choose Edit.
3. Paste these lines at the very top, filling in your details:

Your Name Here

### Email Address

you@example.com

4. Select Update comment, then add a new comment on this issue that just says ready.

A facilitator will retry your enrollment and your private learning room will be created automatically.

Also: please ignore the earlier "Welcome to Your First Issue" message from Gandalf - it was not meant for enrollment issues and we have turned it off for them.
