Regenerate podcast audio files and fix RSS feed

Summary

The podcast audio files and RSS feed are not working. Multiple students reported broken playback, missing downloads, and 404 errors on the RSS feed URL.

What Needs to Happen

1. Investigate the podcast build pipeline -- check podcasts/generate-site.js, podcasts/build-bundles.js, and podcasts/manifest.json to determine if audio files were generated and where they should be hosted.
2. Verify GitHub Pages deployment -- confirm whether the audio files are deployed to the Pages site at community-access.org/git-going-with-github/podcasts/.
3. Regenerate the RSS feed (podcasts/feed.xml) with valid, reachable URLs.
4. Test playback -- verify podcast episodes play in-browser on PODCASTS.md and that the RSS feed validates and works in a podcast client.
5. Update any broken links in docs that reference podcast URLs.

Timeline

After CSUN (March 2026). This is not blocking the live workshop but should be resolved promptly for async learners.
