Dark/Light Theme Switch Missing

Doc site is hard locked on dark mode. Due to accessibility issues, I am incapable of using the docs in dark mode. I can only look at the dark mode theme for a few seconds at a time before it start triggering issues, attempting to read any content accelerates this.

I believe there was previously a toggle for this and was removed recently.

modeToggle isHidden may have been set to false to cause this.

Related, the blog site has always had this same issue. I have to use a custom browser extension to make the ComfyUI blog accessible.
