Add option to make close button close current workspace if one is open

instead of closing whole recaf

And maybe a second option whether it asks for confirmation on whether to do the close of workspace or window

The x button on the actual window? Isn't the universal UX of that to close the application?

Yes I meant the X of the actual window.
And lots of apps ask whether to really close and a bunch of apps like discord, slack, team or whatever like to just minimize themself.
I know thats different from closing the current workspace, but I still think it'd be a good option to add (default definitely not close workspace tho).
