<p>By accessing or using supplementscore.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.</p>
<h2>What the Site is</h2>
<p>The Site is a free, educational reference about dietary supplements. It is published by SupplementScore (the "Publisher") for informational purposes only.</p>
<h2>What the Site is not</h2>

<li><strong>Not medical advice.</strong> Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical, pharmacological, or nutritional advice. The Site does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.</li>

<li><strong>Not exhaustive.</strong> The Site catalogs many but not all supplements, all interactions, or all populations. New evidence appears constantly; treat any rating as a snapshot.</li>

<p>We work continuously to keep the data accurate, citing primary sources for every claim and re-checking Tier 1 entries weekly against new meta-analyses (see the <a href="about.html">methodology page</a>). However, the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Errors are inevitable in a database this size; if you find one, please use the "Report inaccuracy" button on any supplement card.</p>
<h2>Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to damages from reliance on any information presented on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.</p>
<h2>Third-party links</h2>
<p>The Site links to PubMed, DOI registries, regulatory agency pages, and other external sources. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.</p>

<p>We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top and will be noted in our <a href="about.html">annual transparency report</a>.</p>

<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.</p>
