Describe the bug

Telegram and VS Code do not install, throws error saying Homebrew is not installed but version 4.5.13 is installed. This is the Tahoe public beta so it may not be supported.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Telegram under Communication Apps
2. Click Run Script
