I offered to help potentially aligning this clc service ticket with the cli-services video player we used for Streambytes, it was built to be to do exactly this and it would be a feather in mine an @kawcl 's caps to prove that out.
This ticket is just to track the request on the board, i'm going to just try out a demo version to see if it's feasible.
