Description: So right now the sky looks great... except under two conditions
- the stars are out and visible during the day
-Add to the script a way to turn them off when the sun rises
and turn them on when the sun sets - During the night time the sky in the back ground is still daytime (that is the sky is still bright and blue)
- change the sky to a night time-esque background after the sun sets
