Set up Vercel for Cloud Summit website

Background

• Reviewers needs to fetch the PR changes, and test locally whenever they review those. This is cumbersome and takes time, especially when the reviewers are not in front of the machine.
• @vincent6767 has set up Vercel on Cloud Summit repo and it resolves the issue. You can see the example here: Hi @vincent6767, Run unit tests every time a PR is created to staging #153 #171 (comment).

Goal

• Since maintainers change over time, swap out the current Vercel integration for Canada Cloud Summit's Vercel to avoid having to set it up again later.

Acceptance Criteria

• Swap the current Vercel for Canada Cloud Summit's Vercel
• Approved by @MattCarolan
• @vincent6767 @ahmad1368 are invited into the Canada Cloud Summit Vercel.

Notes

• Based on our current usage, we won’t be incurring any costs.

I noticed that I don't have the required permissions on Vercel yet. As mentioned in the acceptance criteria, I'm waiting for @MattCarolan to grant me access or send the invitation to the Canada Cloud Summit Vercel team so I can follow up on that side as well.
