Turn references at the bottom of notebooks to myst references

I've noticed that for e.g. the OU SED fitting notebook we duplicate the references, there is one manually written section, but there are also a few in that list that are cross references and thus myst also created a references section for it.

We should merge these two and probably myst-ify every references and delete the manual section.
