FEATURE REQUEST: Add buttons exclusions or overrides per application, just like it does for scrolling

Would love to be able to also have application specific settings (ie. ignore or set separate settings) for a given application for buttons as well as ability (currently in place) to set scroll params per app.

For example, add a button here for buttons and set them separately than the main buttons option!

Interestingly the README claims per app button override is supported. However, looking at the code, I was unable to find this feature fully implemented. Unlike ScrollCore.switf, ButtonCore.swift seems to lack the necessary code.

There is code, though, which loads and saves application based button mapping settings.

To me it looks like something that was started but has been abandoned before the current 4.0.2 release.
