Can not create thresholds after updating cacti to 1.2.31

Describe the bug
After updating cacti to 1.2.31 I can no longer create new thresholds. When choosing "Non Templated" in the Threshold Creation Wizard nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Console - Management - Thresholds'
2. Click on 'The + sign'
3. Scroll down to 'Non Templated'
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
The next step in the Wizard should be shown

Additional context
It was working fine up to cacti 1.2.30

Edit: Tested on three different cacti installations, all running on Debian Trixie.
